Teulon is a great place to live, work & play!!  Whether you're looking for a quiet place to live, a place to locate your business, a visitor from far away, or a Manitoban looking for a Sunday drive destination, there is something for you in Teulon. The Town of Teulon has adopted the Petunia as its official flower and is the self declared "Petunia Capital of Manitoba"!

Teulon’s Attractions include but are not limited to:

  • Teulon and District Museum
  • Teulon-Rockwood Green Acres Park
  • Teulon Green Acres Campground
  • Teulon Golf and Country Club
  • Teulon’s Castle Sign (the only castle in the Interlake)

Teulon has many special events that attract visitors from near and far! These include the Teulon and District Museum Tea, the Teulon Tractor Pull, Teulon Rodeo and Pumpkinfest to name a few. There are public Wi-Fi locations in Teulon at the Teulon Library, Teulon Civic Centre, Teulon Curling Club, Teulon-Rockwood Arena and the Teulon-Rockwood Centennial Centre.

Teulon Tractor Pull

The Teulon Tractor Pull was started in the 70’s by some local residents. It is the only 2 day Tractor Pull in Manitoba and it is held annually in mid August. Competitors come from as far away as the Midwestern United States and spectators come from Saskatchewan and Ontario. The event is held in the Teulon-Rockwood Green Acres Park and draws over 2000 people to Town. The Teulon Tractor Pull provides 2 action packed days of entertainment for the young and old alike!

Teulon Rodeo will be held in the Teulon-Rockwood Green Acres Park on August 23-25, 2024.

Surrounded by a wide variety of tourist and general interest attractions, Teulon is located within the Interlake Region of Manitoba and is short a 20 minute drive to some of the best beaches in the province.

The Interlake is a 'natural' for wildlife, whether you're into sport fishing, hunting geese, ducks, or white-tailed deer. Teulon is located in the middle of it all!

The world famous Narcisse Wildlife Management Area, located northwest of Teulon on Highway 17 is famous for the thousands of red-sided garter snakes that gather there to mate. Thousands of visitors every year come to the the Narcisse Snake Dens which has been featured in National Geographic Magazine and on the Discovery Channel!

Oak Hammock Marsh, is a short drive south-east of Teulon and is Canada’s Number One Outdoor Tourist Attraction! Eco-tourism opportunities are also emerging in this region; why not embark on a nature-viewing tour?

The Norris Lake Provincial Park is only a 10 minute drive away and offers large treed camping sites, a sandy beach and 2 boat docks for your enjoyment.
